There is no money refund offered on all purchased items. Customer can apply for return within 24 hours of delivery, if a defective or incorrect item is delivered. However, any such item(s) will NOT be entertained for return if it is used, washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.

Stitched dresses and product add-ons (matching trousers/duppatta) are not eligible for return or claim.

In case of exchange, both way shipment charges are to be made by the customer.

Brands Diva does not offer any return or MONEY-BACK-GURANTEE on all purchased items. The refund occurs unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item that will be only refunded/exchanged if the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer within 2 working days once delivered.
